Step #4 - Creating Your Sticky Checkout Funnel
In this article, we'll tackle creating your first Sticky Checkout Funnel. Once the funnel has been created, we'll walk through getting all of the information needed to work with our partner, Subscribe Funnels.
Subscribe Funnels uses an innovative page builder to get up and running in no time.
Without further ado, let's begin!
Creating Your Sticky Checkout Funnel
From the Sticky Checkout portal, click into Funnels > Add Funnel.
This will prompt a new pop-up window to create your funnel. To start;
Funnel Name: The funnel name is internal. It's recommended to name the funnel the name of the Shopify Store. So as you add more stores, it's easy to dileniate which funnel goes to which store.
Domain: The domain you ported over to Cloudflare.
Campaign: The Sticky Campaign you're tying this Sticky Checkout funnel to. In the dropdown menu, you should see a campaign titled Sticky Checkout.
If you don't see a campaign - you'll need to create a campaign. Click here to learn how to build a campaign in your Sticky CRM.
3D Secure Authentication: 3D Secure or 3DS. Unless you're using Stripe, if you have a need for 3DS, please reach out to your Client Success Manager.
Fraud Prevention: Uses Kount, one of our fraud prevention partners. If this is a feature you're interested in using, please reach out to your Client Success Manager.
Once you're satisfied with your Funnel settings, click Confirm.
After clicking Confirm, you'll be redirected to the Funnel Editor. The first time the funnel editor is opened, it will initiate a 'Syncing in Progress...' pop-up. Sticky will start syncing your entire Shopify Product Catalog to the Sticky CRM.
You can opt to Hide this pop-up or wait for it to finish syncing the product catalog. Either way, once finished, the funnel editor will look like this.
Although Sticky has a page builder - it's still under development. We've partnered with Subscribe Funnels.
They offer a robust plug-and-play page builder with a broad feature set.
Prior to getting you started with the Subscribe Funnels Team, let's round out the remainder of the setup on Sticky.io.
As far as Sticky Checkout, you're finished!
