Overview
Leverage this report to easily comply with the Card Acceptance Guidelines for Visa Merchants or simply use it to easily reconcile email confirmations. To read about how to set-up e-mail notifications, click here. SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is a protocol used in sending and receiving email. The SMTP Report informs you of the SMTP notifications that you have sent to your customers, such as order confirmation, shipment confirmation, order refund confirmation, etc.
Potential Actions
Use the SMTP Report to help with the following activities:
To confirm and prove that email confirmations were sent.
To troubleshoot email confirmation communications.
Click-through to view the order details and attempt to resend the respective confirmation email if desired.
