Understanding sticky.io's User Interface

Let's take a quick stroll through the user interface to help you get pushed in the right direction. While many of these tools are industry-leading and it's well worth looking into, they aren't critical to begin the setup process.

Below is a quick video to guide you through the user interface. Inversely, a glossary of everything is discussed below.


Your Dashboard

When you first sign into sticky.io, you'll be met with your Dashboard. The dashboard is a snapshot of your daily operations.

Note: sticky.io has a myriad of reporting and analytical tools accessible under Insights, as seen in the navigation menu above.


Understanding the Navigation Menu

Visible from any part of sticky.io is your main navigation menu. From adding employees to creating your first products to adding gateways, it's all accessible here.

If you aren't sure what option is nested under what tab, you can always click the Expand button to expand all windows.

Let's take a quick stroll through each of these menus to get a grasp on general navigation.

Settings

This tab consists of features that should be restricted to management and administrators. Features here are critical to operating a business inside of sticky.io.

Here we'll add Payment Gateways, to Fulfillment and Fraud Mitigation Tools to configure Webhooks and add your Employees.

Products

Seguing over to the far left of the navigation menu is Products. Here we'll add your Products, configure continuity and trials to shipping and coupons that all connect to Campaigns.

Customers

Here you'll manage your orders and subscriptions, reprocessing declined orders, and create segments to automatically tag customers for marketing lists outside of sticky.io.

Payments

Everything payments! Here we'll add Payment Gateways, use our automated dunning tools to streamline decline salvage, and configure Payment Routing.

Insights

Dive into the impressive reporting suite at your disposal once you get up and processing. Insights is also where you'll log in to your Billings Portal and Import & Export data.
