What to expect in the beginning?
Below is a quick snapshot of what to expect once you've signed the DocuSign Agreement and any initial invoice(s) have been paid.
Domain Reservation Email
The primary signer of the DocuSign agreement will receive a domain reservation email. Your domain is internal and unique to your business. It enables you and your employees to sign into your sticky.io account.
Once you've reserved your domain - our Finance Department will create the account. Following its creation, you will receive an email with your login credentials.
Welcome & Login Credentials Email
Below is an example of the welcome email containing your login information. Including the domain you reserved, your username, and a randomly generated password you can change after signing in.
Note: The primary signer for the DocuSign agreement will also be the primary user for the sticky.io account and will subsequently receive the welcome and domain reservation emails.
