In some cases, orders were not receiving a new retry date from Smart Dunning. This has been fixed.

The API 'order_force_bill' method response was not including the gateway Id that the order processed on. This has been adjusted, and the response will now include the gateway Id.

When using Collection Offers, some orders were being created with an incorrect amount of products. This has been corrected.

In very few cases, when the rebill order attempted to bill and failed, the parent order was being placed on hold, preventing decline salvage. This has been resolved, and moving forward the previous order will remain active and eligible for decline salvage attempts.
