The {cardtype} token within the Email Notifications has been updated, the expected values to be returned when using this token are: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and AmazonPay.

The  Revolv3 gateway integration was not recognizing our default test card.  This has been fixed.

An 'Active' column has been added to the User Account exports, to show if the user is active or not.

The API 'product_index' method has been updated to include 'taxable' parameter with a value of 1 or 0 to indicate if the product is taxable or not.  This has also been added to our Restful V2 API Get Product API response.

When using PayPal V2 in Test Mode = YES, we were not sending any address information to PayPal.  This has been corrected.

In very few cases, the Advanced Routing settings within the payment router were not allowing any updates to be made.  This is now resolved.

If the main product was non recurring, but upsell was recurring, the recurring upsells weren't showing within the Non - Billable section on the Subscription Management page.  This has been corrected

When using BoaCompra payment gateway, orders were unable to use decline salvage due to the webhook received from BoaCompra.  This has been adjusted, and orders with this gateway should now go into decline salvage as expected.
