Available Analytics
At the time of publication, the sticky.io Subscriptions app for BigCommerce offers three standardized reports.
Subscriptions
The Subscriptions report contains information on active subscribers, active subscriptions and subscription growth over time.
Churn
The Churn report contains information about the number of churned subscriptions in the specified time frames, churn % by month and churn by hold type.
Product Forecast
The Product Forecast report contains information about recurring products by SKU and recurring products by date. This report can be used to predict and replenish inventory levels for subscriptions.
How to Access Your Analytics
To begin, from your storefront navigate over to Apps > My Apps > sticky.io.
From here, open up the Analytics dropdown and select from the available reports.
How to Download a Report
Reports can be downloaded as PDFs and CSVs.
Starting from your report of interest, click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the report to open a dropdown menu. From the menu, select your desired download format.
Reports downloaded as PDFs can be downloaded with or without single column formatting and with or without expanded tables.
Use the on-screen checkboxes to select your desired options. Then, click Download to finalize your changes and receive your downloaded report.
Reports downloaded as CSVs will start to download automatically.
How to Send a Report
Starting from your report of interest, click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the report to open a dropdown menu. From the menu, select Send.
Reports can be sent via email, webhook, Amazon S3 or SFTP.
For email-based sends, specify your desired recipients and desired data format using the on-screen fields.
For webhook sends, specify your desired webhook URL and data format using on-screen fields.
For Amazon S3 sends, specify your bucket, optional path, access key, secret key, region and desired data format using the on-screen fields.
And finally, for SFTP sends, specify your address, username, password and desired data format using the on-screen fields.
Once satisfied with your selections, click Send to deploy.
How to Schedule Delivery of a Report
Reports can be scheduled for sending at later dates. Reports can be scheduled to send on a daily, weekly, monthly, hourly or by minute basis.
Reports can be sent via email, webhook, Amazon S3 or SFTP.
For email-based sends, specify your desired recipients and desired data format using the on-screen fields.
For webhook sends, specify your desired webhook URL and data format using on-screen fields.
For Amazon S3 sends, specify your bucket, optional path, access key, secret key, region and desired data format using the on-screen fields.
And finally, for SFTP sends, specify your address, username, password and desired data format using the on-screen fields.
Once satisfied with these selections, define your desired delivery schedule.
For example, with the above-pictured selections, I would receive delivery of the specified report once a day 6:00AM.
Once satisfied with your selections, click Save All to preserve your selections.
