RESOLVED ISSUES
There was an IP address issue reported for Checkout.com gateway that was effecting recurring transactions. This has been fixed.
The Offers page list view was not showing the 'expired' column correctly. This has been fixed.
An issue was reported regarding the coupon setting "1 per coupon" counting as a coupon's usage, regardless of order outcome (Approved or Declined). This has been corrected.
The sales tax was not showing correctly on the Place Order page when using Sales Tax Profiles. This display issue has been fixed.
The cancellation template option when refunding an order has been removed for fulfillment providers that don't support cancellation requests. This will now only be an option if the fulfillment provider supports the cancellation requests.
The Reprocess Declined Orders page was not updating the last attempt date if the order has been reprocessed multiple times. This has been fixed.
