We have updated the Fulfillment.com integration to reflect their newest API endpoint.

An issue was reported regarding the {refundamount} token within email templates not displaying the refund amount correctly. This has been fixed.

The {product_summary} email token was not accounting for billing model discounts. This has been fixed.
