An issue was reported where blacklisted orders were not automatically being cancelled. This has been fixed.

The Reprocess Declined Orders page was taking longer than expected to load in some cases. By default, when opening the page it pulled the past 30 days.
This has now been optimized to pull the past 2 weeks as default, allowing for the page to load faster.

The API order_force_bill method was throwing the 'invalid gateway Id' error after updating an offline order to contain a credit card. This has been fixed.
