Features

  • Campaign Dynamic Descriptors are now supported for NMI gateway! When using the campaign descriptor, we will send that over to NMI instead of the gateway descriptor. This needs to be enabled within the NMI gateway profile directly, by selecting 'Use Campaign Descriptor' = YES, and 'Post Descriptor' = YES. Once that is set, you will then need to go into the campaign and add the campaign descriptor, listed under the gateway configuration. We will then post that campaign descriptor for any orders in that campaign to NMI.

  • The sticky.io portal has been enhanced for password expiration. Now when your password expires, you will automatically be redirected to a new page to create a new password.

Resolved Issues

  • There was an issue reported regarding the {nextsubscriptionamount} email token not properly accounting for lifelong discounts. This has been fixed.

  • When a user account is configured to a specific time zone, the order creation time stamp and order history time stamp were not in sync on the Orders page, causing confusion. This has been fixed and now both timestamps are in sync to match the users time zone.

  • There was an issue regarding the tax calculation performed on orders where the same product and variant are used, but different billing models are passed. This has been corrected.

  • The "total_orders" within the API order_find response was not accurately displaying the order count when it exceeded 50,000 limit. This has been fixed, and will now show the total orders accurately, regardless if they exceed the 50,000 limit.
