Enabling this module gives your consumers the ability to change their delivery addresses. This gives your consumers even more freedom to manage their orders and mitigates more tickets submitted to your Customer Service team.

It is important to note: sticky.io Subscriptions natively integrates with BigCommerce and relies on existing features already in place that your consumers leverage today.

As such, if enabled, your consumers have the ability to select from any of their existing addresses already happened to their account on your storefront. If an additional address or change to an existing address is needed, this would be performed under the Your Account > Addresses tab.

  • Skip next shipment
Enabling this module gives your consumers the ability to skip the next charge cycle to the next. As such, the consumer would not be billed, and no product would be shipped until the next billing date occurs.

It is important to note: There is no limitation to the number of times a consumer can skip their shipment.

  • Cancel subscription
Enabling this module gives your consumers the ability to cancel their subscriptions.

It is important to note: The consumer has the ability to revisit their cancelled subscription and re-active it. The consumer would however be billed for the respective product amount.

  • Next recurring date
Enabling this module gives your consumers the ability to adjust their renewal dates.

It is important to note: There isn't a restriction to how often this action can be performed by the consumer.

  • Pause Subscription
Enabling this module gives your consumers the ability to pause their subscriptions.

It is important to note: There isn't a restriction to how often this action be performed by the consumer.

  • Bill Now
Enabling this module gives your consumers the ability to force bill themselves ahead of their natural rebill date.

It is important to note: Rebills are submitted back to your BigCommerce Storefront under your Orders tab. As such, you're still responsible for ensuring the rebill irrespective of its force billed or not, that it be parsed to your fulfillment software.

  • Change Payment Method
Enabling this module gives your consumers the ability to change their payment method on file.

It is important to note: This does not give your consumers the ability to edit or add new methods, rather exchange payment methods from their wallet. As a reminder, sticky.io Subscriptions natively integrates with BigCommerce. And in this case, this feature relies on the existing wallet feature that your consumers already use today while on your storefront.
