Several additional currencies have been added to the Checkout.com gateway.  

In some cases declined PayPal transactions were creating pending orders in sticky.  This has been fixed.

Approved authorizations with Revolv3 gateway were being handled as declines. This has been corrected.

CAD currency has been added to the Wix Payments gateway.
