RESOLVED ISSUES
The Paymend gateway has been updated to send additional information to help alleviate processor errors.
Our API 'order_update_recurring' method was causing orders to rebill after they already billed. This has been fixed.
The API 'GET Products' method was missing a field to indicate if the product was active or archived. This has been corrected.
Our team resolved an issue where orders were being sent to FlexCharge repeatedly.
Decline Rules were not retroactively applying to historical orders. This was causing orders to not be correctly filtered on the Reprocess Declined Orders page. Our team has adjusted this, and the decline rules will now apply to historical orders as well as new orders.
In some cases, the Subscription Management page was not loading correctly when attempting to force next gateway. This is now operating normally.
