Card updates were not being sent correctly to Bill 1st gateway.  This has been fixed.

The API 'order_view' method was returning data for deleted orders.  This has been adjusted.

When an API user makes changes to an order using the 'subscription_order_update' method, there will now be an order history note showing the API Company Contact. 

MDF currency has been added to the Paymend gateway integration.
