RESOLVED ISSUES

  • When an order with multiple subscription products was voided, the system was triggering the cancellation email multiple times, this has been fixed.

  • For legacy accounts, custom billing cycles were being ignored for ‘offline’ payment type orders. This has been resolved.

  • Some users were unable to schedule reports, this has been resolved.

  • We were experiencing issues with some of the refunds sent to CyberSource, this is now fixed.
