Overview
The Refund Failures report shows the order ID's that were supposed to get refunds but they did not for the reason described in the "Status" field. Use it to quickly identify and reprocess refunds that have failed. Click on the "Order ID" to navigate directly to the order.
Potential Actions
Use the Refund Failures to help with the following activities:
Identify refund attempts that failed so they can be re attempted.
We made this report available so you have an easy way to daily ensure that your refunds are being processed effectively.
