Objective

Evaluate the performance of the Anti-Fraud service by analyzing key measures such as Single Rule %, Fingerprint %, Customer Block %, and Avg Score. By focusing on these four key measures, you will be able to not only determine if the service is effective but also the changes that you need to make to optimize it with your business objectives in mind.

What is Anti-Fraud?

  • Anti-Fraud is a Value-Added Service (partnered with Kount) that helps you protect your business against fraudulent transactions.

Potential Actions

  1. Contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) to consult with them about adjusting your settings based on the the data in this dashboard.

  2. Log into the external Kount portal to optimize the settings.
