You can narrow down your search for a particular order or list of orders with just filtering the orders by Date, Order ID, Campaign ID, Transaction ID, Address, Status, Name, and many other fields as shown in the next illustration.

Just fill out the filters you wish to apply and click on “Show Results”.

For example: if you want to pull up all the orders under Campaign 1, you will enter the number "1" into Campaign ID field and click on "Show Results". The system will display all the orders under the selected Campaign.

Credit Card Searches

A credit card search can be performed using up to the first 6 or last 4 numbers of the credit card number. The wildcard indicator is not needed for a credit card search.

Wildcard Searches

Some of the search order history fields on the orders page have the ability to perform wildcard searches. In order to perform these searches, you will need to include a (*) in your search criteria. Please review the example searches below. The following is a list of the search fields that have the ability to perform wildcard searches:

  • Zip code

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • City

  • State

  • Email

  • Address

  • Address 2

  • Routing/Account

  • Phone

  • IP

  • Tracking #

  • RMA #

  • Billing Cycle

Examples:

The (*) indicates whether the word or characters you are using in your search criteria is in the beginning, middle, or the end.

A name search can be performed as such:

matt*= indicates matt is at the beginning

*matt* = indicates matt is in the middle

*matt = indicates matt is at the end
