In this page you will have a list of all of your customers that have had successful orders. This list will show the customer ID number, customer name, last name, phone, email address, date the customer record was created, and the number of tags, if any.

Advanced Search

The Advanced Searching allows you to use specific searching criteria to narrow down the list of customers in your results. You can specify date range, customer Id, first name, last name, phone number and email address.


The actions tab provides you the option to Delete customers at a mass level, Add or Remove Smart Tags at a mass level, and also Export a CSV of the customer list.

Customer Features

The customers’ list features include the option to View Customer details, View Subscription Details, Edit Customer, Tag, and Delete Customer.


This feature allows you to edit the following fields: first name, last name, email address, and phone number.


The Delete feature allows you to delete the customer records individually.

View Customer Details

The customer details will include the Order Date/Time, Order Id’s, Product Name, Order Total, Campaign, Gateway, Order Status, and the option to view Order History Notes.

View Subscription Details

The Customer Subscriptions will show the Subscription Status, Last Action Date, Last Order, Ancestor Order, Rebill Depth, Subscription Start date, Product Name, Campaign, Subscription Total and the Gross Lifetime Subscription Total.

When clicking on the symbol to view Subscription Details, it will open up the details for the Customer Subscription. This includes the Order date/Time, Order Id’s, Product Name, Order Total, Campaign, Gateway, and Order Status.

Once in the Subscription Details for the customer, there is also the option to view the Order History Notes for the order.
