To set up an Auto Responder you must first create an account with the Auto Responder that you have selected.Log onto the auto responder website and follow their directions to get the API credentials that you will use to input into the sticky.io CRM platform. To configure  SilverPop into your sticky.io CRM instance, you will go to Settings>Providers and  under ACTIONS select Add New Provider Profile.Select the type = AutoResponder and select SilverPop from the drop down.Fill out the required parameters which are outlined below and click “Save”.

Fill out the following parameters to create a Silverpop profile inside the CRM and click Save:

Username – You can use the same username you use to log into Silverpop, or you can create a separate username especially for this integration
Password – You can use the same password you use to log into Silverpop, or if you create a separate username, then you can also create a password especially for this integration
Silverpop Server – Same instance you select to log into your Silverpop account Silverpop Database ID – Databese ID obtained through Silverpop
Send Auto-Reply? - If you are using the auto responder that is within the Silverpop interface, then you can select whether or not if you want to force auto responder emails immediately.
Alias – For internal purposes only; ithelps you differentiate this auto responder provider from other providersin your system

Add the List IDs to your Campaign: When creating or editing your campaign, you will see at the very bottom of the page the option to enable an Auto Responder to your campaign. Once you select an Auto Responder two more fields will appear: Prospect Id and Customer Id, you will enter the List Id’s that were provided to you once your Lists were created in your auto responderterminal.

NOTE: Please note that this is a standard auto responder integration, so only customer and prospect information will be sent such as First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone number.
