sticky.io allows you to export data out of the system through a CSV file. There are three types of exports you can choose which include orders export, order notes export, and prospects export. You just need to go to Insights> Import/Export Data, and look under the Export Queue section.

To queue an export you will navigate to the Insights > Import / Export page and click on the Actions drop down menu, and then 'queue export'. The following box will then pop up for you to select your export criteria:

Order Notes Export:

This export will provide information based on the order notes from your orders such as notes content, the time the agent entered the note, and the agent who entered the note. The date range for the order notes export is based on the date the agent entered the note, and not the date the order came in.

Prospect Export:

This export will include information regarding your prospects. Prospects can be exported all at once through admin settings, and there is no limit on the amount of records that can be exported at once unlike the prospects page.

Orders Export:

This export provides you all your order details. You will choose the criteria you want to apply to the export file: date range, campaign and order status. But you can always export multiple campaigns at a time if you choose to.

At the time of selecting the status you must be very specific; below here is a brief description of how the status criteria works based on your selection:

All: the system will provide you every order in the system based on the time range and campaign(s) you selected regardless of their status.

Declines: the system will provide you every decline order in the system based on the date range and campaign(s) you selected.

Success: the system will provide you every single order that was approved by the system based on the date range and campaign(s) you selected; it may include orders that have already recurred, and also orders that have been placed on hold after their subscriptions have been stopped since they were initially successful.

Hold: the system will provide you every order that has been placed on hold based on the date range and campaign(s) you selected; it will include orders that have been placed on hold because its recurring has been stopped, as well as orders that have been placed on hold after being voided or refunded.

Recurring: the system will provide you with all the current active recurring recurring orders; just select a date range of at least 3 months back to the current date to ensure that you receive all of your current active recurring orders.

Fraud: the system will provide you every order that has been flagged as “Fraud” based on the date range and campaign(s) you selected.

Chargeback: the system will provide you every order that has been flagged as “Chargeback” based on the date range and campaign(s) you selected.

RMA: the system will provide you every order that has been flagged as “RMA” based on the date range and campaign(s) you selected.

Returns: the system will provide you every order that has been marked as "Return" based on the date range and campaign(s) you selected.

The date range for all of the above mentioned criteria will work based on the date the original order came through in the application, regardless of the date when changes (if any) got applied to the order. However, the date range to export refunds and voids will be based on the transaction date for a better analysis of these actions.

Here is a brief description of the multiple void/refunds criteria you can select:

All Refunds/ Voids:  the system will provide you a list of ALL orders that have been either voided or refunded during the specific date range.

Partial Refunds: the system will provide you a list of ALL orders that have been partially refunded during the specific date range.

Full Refunds: the system will provide you a list of ALL orders which total amount has been refunded in full during the specific date range.

Voids: the system will provide you a list of ALL orders that have been voided during the specific date range.

For instance, if you want to obtain a list of all refunds/voids issued on a specific date, you will simply select the date range, campaign Id(s), all refunds/voids criteria, and export your data. The system will provide you the entire list of orders that were refunded or voided on the date range you specified, regardless of the day the original order came through.

Once you click on “Export CSV” you will receive a pop up message that should tell you that the export was successfully queued.

The exports are normally processed at the top of the hour, so the system will always provide you the “X” amount of minutes remaining for the next top of the hour that is when your export will start processing.

When the export is completed and you receive your confirmation email, then you can go back to Admin Settings > Import/Export and click on the “Output File Link” of the export you submitted to obtain the results.

The Export Results will appear as follows:

The Export CSV file will provide you full records of the orders including customer billing and shipping information, order and transaction details (with only the last four digits of the credit card), order status, campaign Id, affiliate and sub-affiliate if any, as well as upsell details among other fields.
