To configure  USA ePay into your CRM, you will go to Payments>Gateways, under ACTIONS select Add New Provider Profile.Select the type = Payment/Gateway and select USA ePay from the drop down.Fill out the gateway parameters which are outlined below and click “Save”.

These parameters are briefly described here for your reference:

UMKey: Key that you will generate within USAePay.

Currency: USAePay currently supports USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and AUD. You can select one currency per gateway account.

Use Pin Code:? Select whether or not to use a Pin Code. If you select yes, then you will need to enter your Pin Code in the field that populates. This field is optional unless your USAePay account requires it. 

IP Address on Subscriptions: Select whether or not to send the customer's IP address on subscription orders. If you select no, then the customer's IP address will only be sent on initial orders.

Gateway Alias: Name that you will assign to the gateway. This is for internal purposes only; it helps you identify a specific gateway account among several of them in your CRM.

There are 2 Required Fields on the Merchant Account Details tab. *Descriptor - This will be the MID Descriptor *Customer Service Number - The customer service number assigned to the MID

There is 1 Required Field on the Limits and Fees tab *Global Monthly Cap - This will be the sales amount allowed monthly on this MID 

To maximize the efficiency of Reporting Analytics we suggest you take a moment and fill out the rest of the fields. These will all be used in’s profitability reports.

Once your gateway profile has been created, then you will go through your campaigns and assign the gateway to the corresponding campaign(s).

How to generate your UMKey?

Here are the steps you need to follow to easily generate it:

Click on “Settings” in your V-Terminal

Click on “Source Keys” link

Set up your form like so; do not add a pin. The following fields must be checked: Sale, Auth Only, Credit, Void, and Capture.

Copy your Key into your clipboard.

Go into your CRM, add USAePay to your gateway listings and fill out the gateway parameters above described.
