At sticky.io CRM we always recommend you to test your campaigns to make sure that everything is working properly, before you go live. For this purpose, we have two test credit cards and two checking accounts available for use:
Checking Account #: 1444444444444440 Routing #: 144444444
The success test credit card and checking account will bypass the gateway and will allow any transaction to be approved, that way you can check the success path of an order. The order will be posted in your sticky.io CRM system as if it was a real order. This will allow you to easily recognize if there is anything that needs to be fixed or adjusted, or if your pages are working correctly.
However, please keep in mind that since this is a test credit card and/or checking account, you will not know if there are any issues with your gateway since tests transactions bypass the gateway.
Credit Cards: 1444444444444441
Checking Account #: 1444444444444441 Routing #: 144444444
Use the declines credit card and/or checking account if you would like to obtain a declined order. For example, if you want to check the declined orders path. Declined orders are also posted into your system.
Testing for 3D Verify:
Test 3D Verify Card Enrolled: Use this as the payment type to test credit cards that are 3D Verify enrolled.
Test 3D Verify Card NOT Enrolled: Use this as the payment type to test credit cards that are NOT 3D Verify enrolled.
You will only use either of these as the payment type ONLY if you are using sticky.io's 3D Verify service.
Creating Test Payment Methods
In addition to the standard test payment methods that we provide you, the system gives you the ability to create your own test credit cards and/or checking accounts which can be applied at the campaign level.
To create your own custom credit card and/or checking account please go to Payment Systems > Test Payment Methods and click on Add Test Payment Method.
Select the campaign(s) that you wish to apply your custom test credit card and/or checking account to.
Select whether you want to create a success or decline test credit card, or a success or decline test checking account.
Choose whether or not you want your test credit card to be treated as a prepaid card.
Choose whether or not you want your test payment method to be active. When the setting is set to “Yes”, you will be able to perform test transactions with your test payment method, and your test transactions will not post up to the gateway. If the setting is set to “No”, then your test transactions with your test payment method will post up to the gateway.
In this area of the creating test payment methods page, you are able to place restrictions on your test credit card and/or checking account based on usage limit, expiration date, and IP/Range. Click on the arrow to view these additional fields, and to set your preferred restrictions.
Post to Fulfillment
Select Yes if you would like the test payment method to be sent to fulfillment.Select No if you don't want test orders created with this method sent to fulfillment.
The number placed here will be the number of times a user has access to your created test credit card and/or checking account. Keep in mind that “0” means that a user will have unlimited usage to your created test credit card and/or checking account.
Enter a date range to restrict the use of your created test credit card and/or checking account to a certain date period.
