Release Notes 04/03/2019

Feature Release:

  • Email Triggers, Email Templates, and SMTP Servers menus have been consolidated! Now all three can be found under the Settings > Email Notifications menu. To Access each of the list pages, simply click on the tab at the top of the page to change your view.

Enhancements:

MasterCard Compliance

  • In order to remain compliant with the new MasterCard regulations in effect on 04/12/19 you will need to make some changes to your API calls and add some extra configurations to your LimeLight platform.

Currently the LimeLight platform is set up to automatically require consent for any MasterCard initial order processed through an NMI Paysafe Processing Continuity gateway profile. These transactions will not rebill until consent is received from the cardholder.

Check out the Help Center article for a step by step guide in the changes you’ll need to make.

  • A LimeLight hosted ‘Click here to agree to charges’ link has been added to the Default Consent Notification email template.

  • We have added the ability to allow NMI to pull data based on transaction ID for MasterCard Compliance auditing.

API Updates

  • The offer_view API response has been updated to now return the delayed billing component of the Trial. Note: If you are going to be utilizing this API method, you may need to make code changes. Please refer to our API documentation: Navigate to API > Billing Models and Offers > offer_view.

Orders

  • Subscription credits can be issued to customers right from the Order details page! You can now issue a credit on an active subscription that will carry throughout the subscription until it is completely used. Order note templates can also be created and required for all credits.

  • Historical % data has been added to the Payment Router profile to help accurately reserve the appropriate revenue and manage the reserve forecast percentages as they change over time.

  • Added preventative measure of Product License Key from being assigned on the trial delayed billing event.

Insights

  • A new Declines drill down has been added to the Sales By Campaign report allowing you to narrow your view down to declines only.

  • We gave all of the Sales by Report tables (7 in total) and Operation Report tables (10 in total) a facelift with the use of reverse text so the table headers are easier and cleaner.

  • The scheduled report functionality has been updated to allow users to schedule reports/dashboards to external users.

Integrations

  • 3D Verify is now available for the Argus Payment (Inovio) gateway.

  • F1 Payments/MB Financial has been added as processor in the Gateway Profiles.

  • Updated fulfillment posting increment to increment each time an order is re-posted without having to fetch tracking.

Fixes/Bugs:

  • Resolved the issue in the Postback profile preventing the HTTP Method from being changed.

  • Resolved issue the the Sent to Fulfillment Pending Tracking drill on the Fulfillment Reconciliation report.

  • Resolved issue with the download for Fulfillment Reconciliation report.

  • Resolved issue with multiple cascade events causing confusion in order history, cascade-gateway-error-msg showing decline reason from first cascade event in duplication & order-process showing first cascade decline instead of most recent.

  • Resolved an issue with the Reprocess Declined Orders page decline reason preventing orders to be repossessed due to: "The credit card number or email address has already purchased this product(s)”.

  • Resolved an issue for Infocu5 causing the product price to be sent instead of the trial product price.

  • Resolved an issue when saving a billing model update preventing the original data from being cleared.

  • Resolved an issue when calculating discount resulting in the wrong amount being sent to Paypal.

  • Resolved an issue with US Military States Not working on BillingSameAsShipping.

  • Resolved an issue with Edit Custom Fields not displaying any fields for certain users.

  • Resolved issue with orders posting to 3PL fulfillment receiving the error: "no products found".

  • Resolved the issue with the ZiriPay integration KRW currency dropping decimal.

  • Resolved issue the user notifications indicator showing when there aren’t any current or previous notifications available.

  • Resolved issue with updated recurring dates not being saved for Billing Models & Offers.

  • Resolved issue with Stripe Connect 3D Secure failing before the redirect.

  • Removed the currency symbol for the Subscription Management export.

Release Notes 03/21/2019

Feature Release:

  • Benchmark Notifications are here! With the high cost of acquiring new customers, we created a simple and immediate way for you to be quickly notified when critical events happen - such as metrics deviating from a target KPI. Benchmark Notifications enable you to set-up notifications that are triggered through the Benchmarks feature. Check out the Help Center article for more details!

Enhancements:

API Updates

  • The order_view API response has been updated to now return coupon_id and promo_code. Note: If you are going to be utilizing this API method, you may need to make code changes. Please refer to our API documentation: Navigate to API > Orders > order_view.

  • The offer_view API response has been updated to now return the Custom Duration and Custom Price components of the Trial. Note: If you are going to be utilizing this API method, you may need to make code changes. Please refer to our API documentation: Navigate to API > Billing Models and Offers > offer_view.

Orders

  • Seasonal Subscriptions placed on hold can now be restarted with the dynamic product position in the platform! You can now update the next recurring product for seasonal offers from the Orders Details page. Once you Reset Recurring on a subscription you can Update Recurring Product per line item so that the subscription is restarted in the correct product position.

  • User Account permissions now allow you to select which campaigns a platform user can place orders on. By selecting Additional Roles in Campaign Permissions, you are able to specify which campaigns a user can access the Place Order page for. Check out the Help Center article for more details!

  • New imported orders will now have an Imported status and icon on the Orders page.

  • Custom Fields can now be included in Order Imports.

Settings

  • Transaction Select configuration has been converted from a page to a popup.

  • Two new product tokens have been added to Post Backs, product_qtys_csv & product_prices_csv.

Insights

  • New Analytics Dashboard! Increase success of recovering lost revenue related to declined transactions with the Decline Reducer Prescriptive Analytics Dashboard. Check out the Help Center article for more details!

  • A Gateway filter has been added to the Traffic Source Quality dashboard so traffic data can be filtered out by gateway.

  • The Campaign selection box has been enlarged in the Export Queue criteria popup.

Integrations

  • The Fibonatix gateway integration has been updated to include the site_url parameter in the request.

  • The Shipstation fulfillment integration has been updated to include product weight in the post.

Fixes/Bugs:

  • Resolved an issue that prevented the Stripe Connect token from being updated when billing address data is updated.

  • Resolved an issue causing an error message to display when resending the Order Confirmation email from the Order details page.

  • Resolved an issue that prevented the CVV from being sent to NMI Paysafe on initial orders..

  • Resolved an issue causing a fatal error when assigning provider defaults via the Actions dropdown to all campaigns.

  • Updated the Avalara tax integration to apply the coupon discount before sending the taxable amount to align the order_total/calculate API response with the NewOrder API response.

  • Resolved an issue the LimeLight 2.0 gateway causing the pre-auth to not be captured on the rebill date.

  • Resolved an issue with Transaction Select profiles that prevented new emails to be whitelisted.

Release Notes 03/06/2019

Feature Release:

  • Your Analytics and Reports Homepages have been enhanced! You can now toggle between Analytics & Reports, or see all, on one page. Plus, a new search bar makes it easier for you to find the dashboards and reports you’re looking for - search by keyword, metric, or name, and a list of relevant dashboards and reports will be pulled up for you.

Enhancements:

API Updates

  • A new parameter has been added to the order_find API call that will allow you to find orders for a specific date or a date range called date_type. The new parameter can be used with the following timestamp options: create, hold, next_rebill, rma, return, chargeback. If omitted or left blank, it will default to create and search on the order creation date. Note: If you are going to be utilizing this new API method, you will need to make code changes. Please refer to our API documentation: Navigate to API > Orders > order_find

  • Seasonal Subscriptions placed on hold can now be restarted with the dynamic product position with the subscription_update method. Note: If you are going to be utilizing this new API method, you will need to make code changes. Please refer to our API documentation: Navigate to API > Orders > subscription_order_update

Product & Offer Configuration

  • Now you can add a unit of weight (LBS, OZ, KG, G, MG) to the Delivery Options in the product configuration.

  • The Email Trigger dropdown selector has been enhanced to allow you to easily search and select triggers in a large list. Simply start typing an ID or name in the Email Trigger dropdown field to filter the list!

  • Decline Notification Email Trigger can now be configured to specifically send just for Initial Orders, Subscription Orders, or for all orders.

  • Postbacks can now include headers in the request, allowing you to pass login credentials to a third party for a secured post request. Request Headers can be configured right in the platform!

Payments & Gateways

  • For website tracking purposes, a new field named ‘URL’ has been added to the Merchant Account Details tab for all gateway profile configurations.

  • For clients running Paysafe MIDs, name and billing information are now sent in the NMI Paysafe vault creation request.

  • The IPPay gateway integration now supports the authorize_payment method. The authorize_payment method will trigger an auth request to the IPPay gateway, capture the auth via the NewOrder method or void an auth immediately, and allow a $0.00 authorization.

  • Pinless Debit intelligence has been enhanced to now automatically adjust BIN specific traffic up or down, based on BIN responses to allow for real-time BIN specific changes.

  • Decline Manager Max Attempts has now been expanded to 23. Note, be sure to communicate with your MID on their best practices.

Insights

  • New Analytics Dashboard! Address quality concerns with traffic sources to improve the quality of traffic concerns and ultimately improve CLTV with the Traffic Optimizer Prescriptive Analytics Dashboard. Check out the Help Center article for more details!

  • New Analytics Dashboard! You now have a Straight Sale Summary dashboard to help monitor your straight sale marketing efforts and pinpoint new opportunities to grow your business! Check out the Help Center article for more details!

  • New exports for custom fields now available on the Import/Export Data page: ‘Order Custom Field’ export and ‘Customer Custom Field’ export. Now you can export the order level and contact level custom fields that you have been collecting over the last few weeks!

  • The Employee Activity Report now has additional activities to filter on, such as, Created Order, Updated Subscription Information, Added RMA Status and Refunded.

  • Finding ‘agent cancellations’ is now easier than ever with the Customer Service Dashboard. You can now filter the dashboard by Cancellation date.

  • AFID & SID Filters are now available on the Sales by Product Report

Integrations

  • New fulfillment integration! Expand Worldwide Logistics is now available as a fulfillment provider.

  • leadProductList and leadCCNumber have been added to the Infocu5 Call Confirm integration so you can segment customers on Infocu5's end based on their purchasing habits.

  • The recurringPayment indicator has been added to the Beanstream gateway integration. Now initials and straight sale transactions pass recurring Payment=0 and rebill transactions pass recurring Payment=1 in the auth/sale request to Beansteam.

Fixes/Bugs:

  • Resolved an issue causing the prospect export to fail

  • Improved new_order response times when multiple state tax profiles are present.

  • Resolved an issue causing imported member’s temporary password to be set as their permanent password.

  • Resolved an issue causing certain users to be unable to access the Custom Fields page.

  • Resolved an issue that prevented from changing from a Custom Recurring offer to a Self Recurring offer when edited and saved.

  • Resolved an issue with order_view results for alternative payment providers when a coupon was used.

  • Resolved an issue with the orders export Retrying and Retries Left columns not showing the proper data.

Resolved an issue causing the Rapid Response order history note to display “Order sent to fulfillment. Fulfillment #: 0".

Release Notes 02/20/2019

Feature Release:

LimeLight is committed to our clients and are here to help you navigate the new Mastercard Compliance changes. Please refer to this help center article for details on all the new regulations and how you can use LimeLight to remain compliant.

Enhancements:

  • We want to hear your product feedback! Which is why we’ve added a new link called ‘Submit Feature Request’ under the ‘Help’ dropdown in your LimeLight platform. Not only can you add new suggestions, but you can also see all suggestions submitted from other clients and LimeLight employees, and vote on them to push the most important ones to the top of the list!

  • The ‘Release Notes’ link has been moved to the ‘Help’ dropdown in your LimeLight platform. Every time we have a new release, we post release notes the very same day in our Help Center, so be sure to check them out!

  • Communication to your customers is now even more flexible. If you are using delayed billing for your trial offer, you can now suppress the ‘order confirmation’ email on the delayed billing charge. To enable this new functionality, simply select the checkbox ‘Do not send order confirmation’ in the Trial section on the Offers page.

  • A new API route is available to allow merchants who sell Product License Keys, to retrieve a list of license key that have been assigned or not assigned.
    Note: If you are going to be utilizing this new API method, you will need to make code changes. Please refer to our API documentation: Navigate to API > Products > Get Assigned Product License Keys OR API > Products > Get Unassigned Product License Keys

  • Products are now an additional option in the condition sets for Intelligent Cascade

  • Certain fulfillment providers now support ‘re-post to fulfillment’. This will assist merchants if their fulfillment provider rejects an order due to address issues. The data can be corrected and then easily re-sent to their fulfillment provider.

  • Now you can set up an Offer with a specific dollar amount discount, not just percentage discount. Note, this is only available for Standard Offers, not Prepaid or Seasonal offers.

  • Postbacks now include headers in the request, allowing you to pass login credentials to a third party for a secured post request.

Fixes/Bugs:

  • Resolved an issue causing a decline salvage order to not route correctly when a merchant is using FlexPay.

  • Resolved an interface issue that caused multiple profiles to be created when the ‘preserve billing’ option was unchecked.

  • Resolved an issue causing orders to rebill at the product price instead of the variant price as expected.

  • Resolved an issue caused by users defining more than one Shipworks profile.

  • Resolved an issue caused by decline reasons causing orders to not correctly cascade

  • Resolved an issue with export notifications not allowing user to adjust who will receive the notification email.

Release Notes 02/05/2019

Enhancements:

  • New gateway integration! Ebanx supports Brazilian currency and installments, as well as alternative payments. Refer to this Help Center Article for additional details.

  • The eMerchant Pay gateway has been enhanced to comply with new Visa regulations. The gateway will now send a new indicator when the transaction is recurring.

  • New Product License Keys Dashboard to assist you in managing your product license key inventory levels! Review how many license keys have been sold and are available for sale. Schedule the report to receive daily email updates in your inbox.

  • We're excited to introduce you to our newest feature: Custom Fields, an easier way to gather pertinent information about your leads and customers. With Custom Fields you can define, collect, and store metadata directly in LimeLight on your:

- Contacts - store specific information about prospects and customers
- Products - store specific product attributes (ingredients, brand, size, etc.)
- Orders - detailed channel attribution to optimize your funnel

What do you use this information for?

- Guided selling: Create guided selling prompts to deliver personalized product recommendations!
- Personalized Marketing: Create and deliver personalized communications, advertisements, calls-to-action - the possibilities are endless!
- System Mapping: For example, store unique identifiers from other systems in your LimeLight platform (QuickBooks fields; SalesForce IDs, etc.)

Release Notes 01/30/2019

Enhancements:

  • The Sales by Products Report has been improved to provide a breakdown of sales by product variants. Simply click on the product name in the table to view the new information.

  • We have updated the Sales by Retention Report to bring you bigger and better data. The retention by Campaign remains, with an additional dimensional pivot that allows you to change the dimension between AFID or Gateway.

  • Our BINs Dashboard has a new filter called ‘cycle’ that allows you to filter the BIN data by Initials or Rebills.

  • The Fulfillment Dashboard now includes an additional field that will indicate the date a tracking number was sent to the LimeLight platform.

  • The Pinless Debit dashboard received an update to deliver your stats on initial versus subscription billing rates to provide an additional layer of granularity that was previously missing. This additional detail is meant to help you better understand and optimize your pinless debit performance.

  • The Chargeback Representments Dashboard has been upgraded to allow for easier reconciliation of your chargeback cases. Over 10 new measures are now included on the dashboard, providing quick access to key data points. Note: You will only see this dashboard if you are signed up for the Chargeback Representments service. If you want to sign up, please contact your Client Success Manager.

Fixes/Bugs:

  • Resolved an issue with segment list builder page not saving segment list updates correctly.

  • Resolved an issue that caused the ‘order_view’ method to display the wrong ‘next_recurring_product_price’ when a discount was applied

  • Resolved an issue that prevented users from editing the next recurring product on an order to use a variant of the product.

  • Resolved an issue with the 'preserve_quantity'='1' parameter. The parameter did not work when placing orders via API with a straight sale product and an upsell product that is set to recur.

  • Resolved an issue with the system that prevented system notification emails from being sent to admin users.

  • Resolved an issue with the Subscription Management page Total Forecast amount to now include the upsell amount when the main product is not recurring but the upsell product is recurring.

  • Resolved an issue where the next recurring product price was updated and order_view was not accurately reflecting the updated price. The Order_view method will now reflect the correct next_subscription_price AFTER the product price has been updated.

  • Resolved an issue with the BIN Management page that caused multiple copies of a campaign to display when a user attempted to assign a BIN profile to a campaign.

  • Resolved an issue on the postback creation page that caused the postback URL to incorrectly save.

  • Resolved an issue with the Order Confirmation email displaying the order total in the wrong currency.

  • Resolved an issue with a product variant not recurring at the correct price. The recurring order was billing for the parent product price instead of the variant’s.

  • Resolved an issue on the Export Queue page that caused the start and end times to not display correctly.

  • Resolved an issue with declined orders displaying the decline notes duplicated with the same time stamp, username, and note.

  • Resolved an issue that caused a Paypal transaction to display an incorrect order history note indicating 3D Secure when it was not

  • Resolved an issue that caused double shipment notification emails to be sent on orders fulfilled by Rakuten/Webgistix

  • Resolved an issue with PrePaid Offer type not saving the term discount value correctly.

Release Notes 01/08/2019

  • To help comply with the new Master Card restrictions, we have added a new parameter called ‘website’ to the new_order API method that will store the website value of where an order is placed. The refer_path will be used if domain is not defined in Order requests.

  • You can now easily import a list of all your products using a .csv template on the Import/Export Data page! Product records will be automatically created on the Products page. Refer to this Help Center article for more details.

  • A new ‘Post to Fulfillment’ option has been added to the Test Payments page. This new option will prevent test orders from being sent to fulfilment when a specific test card is used.

Enhancements:

  • Added a new parameter called 'preserve_new_recurring_price' to the ‘subscription_order_update’ API method, allowing clients using Billing Models & Offers to preserve a custom product price to all future rebills.

  • Added the ability for the {product_summary} email token to display the bundle name and all the child products in the bundle

  • Added a new view to the Products List page that allows you to easily view a list of all your products that have variant records. You will now see a new hyperlink called ‘Variants’ next to the ‘Active’ and ‘Archived’ links.

  • Added a new section called “Original Declines by Gateway” to the Intelligent Cascade dashboard. This allows you to compare the Original as well as the Cascade gateways on a single dashboard.

  • Upgraded the Vantiv gateway provider profile to support Amazon Pay

Fixes/Bugs:

  • Resolved an issue with cascading tokens that caused NMI Paysafe orders to decline due to Invalid Customer Vault ID

  • Resolved an issue with Billpro sending a $0.00 refund amount

  • Resolved an issue with the (ordertotal) token on email templates not reflecting the correct currency character

  • Resolved an issue with the Product list page, when sorting the price column it sorts by the first digit rather than the value

  • Resolved an issue causing ‘step_num’ to not be recorded for all products in an order even when the parameter was being passed

  • Resolved an issue with the /api/v2/orders/histories? route returning more orderIDs than expected

  • Resolved an issue with the '/api/v2/orders/{{orderId}}/history' route’s "message" element returning unexpected text

  • Resolved an issue with the ‘order_view’ API method not returning the value for custom fields

  • Removed ‘Assign to Campaign’ functionality from the Stripe Connect provider profile to prevent user setup errors.
