Release Notes 12/18/2019

KEY FEATURES

We have made some changes to the Vantiv gateway integration!The ability to perform ‘Capture on Shipment’ has been added, as well as a new back end parameter that is sent to differentiate initials and rebills. Also, we added a ‘PostLive’ endpoint, which is a way to perform test transactions to a live production endpoint through this integration

FEATURES

  • We have added the field 'Promo Code' within the Orders page, to easily search for any orders that have coupons applied.

  • Great Lakes Fulfillment integration has been updated to now send the ‘subscription depth’ over to Great Lakes Fulfillment, so that they are able to determine the billing cycle of the order.

  • A new field inside the Account Updater profile has been added.When receiving the responses “Account Closed” or “Contact Card Holder”, you’ll have the option in the profile to set these as ‘automatic hold’, meaning you no longer want to try to bill these customers.

  • A new transaction response has been added via API to easily identify any orders that are declined due to 'BIN blocking'.

  • We have added the decline reason to the order_view API

  • The campaign Id has been added as a column to the Reprocess Batch Results page.


​BUGS

  • An issue has been corrected for PayPal where customer fields were showing blank.

  • The billing_agreement_id is now being sent to PayPal when the main product is not an upsell.

FEATURES

  • The blacklist feature has been updated to allow you to “automatically blacklist chargebacks”.If selected, any orders that are flagged as ‘chargeback’ will be blacklisted as well.

  • We are working very closely with Stripe to become “SCA Compliant”.

FIXED BUGS

The billing model discount was not applying to the variant price. This has been fixed.

FEATURES

  • Due to some confusion we have reverted the 'pause' order status symbol. Just for now, the 'stop sign' order status will represent both hold and cancel.

  • The 'gateway_id' and the 'gateway_descriptor' will now be returned in our API order_view call.

  • Our New Order API will now allow you to pass custom fields when creating orders via the 'custom_fields' parameter.

KEY FEATURES

We have integrated the Payscout Brazil Gateway – This is a version of the Payscout gateway that only handles Brazilian currency including Visa, Mastercard or Boleto.

FEATURES

  • A new status symbol for ‘Pause’ has been added to our UI that will provide you with the ability to differentiate between ‘pause’ and ‘stop’. In the UI, the customer cancel will represent the ‘stop sign’ symbol, and for system or merchant ‘holds’ there will now be a ‘pause’ symbol. System and merchant holds consist of Decline Manager, Chargeback, Hard Decline Rule, and Merchant Pause API.

  • You can now add your own User Department Templates! This will give you the ability to create new department templates that are outside of the standard Limelight default templates.

  • A new trigger and email template has been added for Consumer Consent Confirmation. This notification is sent after consent has been received from the customer indicating that we may charge their card.

  • A new hold type has been introduced for ‘Offer Complete’.This will be used when the Offer reaches the end of its cycle, i.e installments. If the offer is configured to expire or be placed on hold after ‘X’ cycles, this hold type will allow for visibility why the subscription is on hold. When this hold type is used, an order history note will be displayed showing that the subscription has been completed.

  • We are now sending refund updates to TaxJar.

  • We added the ability to keep the ‘add on’ product in sync with the main product recurring date on the order.This will now keep the add on product in sync with the main product recurring date.There is also the option to adjust the ‘add on’ product recurring date to be a different recurring date than the main product. This applies to both the API and UI.

  • Test criteria has been added to the API order_find method.This will help locate any test orders.

  • Authorize_payment will now support tokenized payment tokens in the API request.This is followed by using the ‘tokenized_payment’ method which returns the token that will need to be used in the authorize_payment call.

FIXED BUGS

The Subscription Notification was being sent in error. This has been corrected.

KEY FEATURES

Help Center - Our Help Center will now have a new look! Same documentation- slightly different look. This is just one part in a series of renovations to be rolled out in coming months. It is under construction, but you won’t feel a thing!
ShipStation Enhancements:

  • Added the cancellation functionality for voids and refunds.

  • Send address updates in real time.

FEATURES

  • Add the billing cycle to ShipWorks parameters.

  • Advanced Routing - We added an enhancement to allow for mass actions across all campaigns using the same Payment Routing Profile. Previously merchants had to do this per campaign.

  • API - We now return the shipping total on an order via the order_view method.

  • The ProRated monthly amount is now available on the order details page via the 'issue credit' link.

    BUG FIXES

  • Exports from the orders page are not putting double quotes around the order ID any longer

KEY FEATURES

  • We integrated with a new Membership Provider called Access Development.

FEATURES

  • Order_View API - The shipping total amount is now returned for an order. This will be returned via the shipping_amount response parameter.

  • Order History Note - We are now adding a history note to the order when a line item product has been refunded indicating that the product was removed from the post to fulfillment.

  • API – The hold_date is passed in the order_view response whenever an upsell is added to an order and the order is put on hold.

  • API - Ability to add a refund note disposition to the order so that analytics will reflect these refund dispositions. This can be accomplished via the order_refund API method.

  • Orders Page – Allow users to search by 'Hold Type' so that you can locate orders put on hold by the reason, such as customer cancel.

  • Estimated ProRated Amount -Added the ability on the Order Details page to prorate the monthly amount used when upgrading a customer to an annual service. This will be seen when applying a subscription credit on the order.

FIXED BUGS

  • API Permission issue - involving New Order API method. If the permission is not available on the users API access they will not be able to process New Orders and will get an error message.

  • NMI Gateway - ProductID is now being passed to NMI Gateway when manually reprocessing orders. This is sent via the 'MDF4' field.

  • Reprocess Declined Orders page – We were not able to view batch results, this has been fixed.

  • Combine Similar Addresses only posting the main order Sales Tax to fulfillment – When using Combine Similar Addresses, we are now posting the sales tax amount from all products in the order to fulfillment.

FIXED BUGS

  • Increased the max limit for the Upsell Field for Webforms to support additional upsell products.

  • The Tracking Import/Export has been updated to no longer have to convert from scientific notation.

FEATURES

  • Kount - Enhanced Feature - We added the Omniscore value. This is a transaction safety rating that can be used in rule creation and results in score that is twice as good at catching fraud and minimizing false positives as any score Kount has ever produced.

  • Maxpay Gateway - We added the following currencies : NOK, DKK, SEK, NZD, CHF, PLN, CAD, JPY, ZAR, CZK

FIXED BUGS

  • Tracking Import Fix - the files were not updating correctly due to an encryption issue. This has been resolved.

  • Country code for Scotland and South Sudan has been corrected in our API documentation.

  • Reprocess Declined Orders page - When using the sort feature the page will not allow you to navigate to page 2 etc. This page was also having issues when using filters, with a response of no data. This has been corrected.

  • Avalara - We corrected the issue where we were not sending the order total to Avalara.

  • The Place Order page was not calculating the order total correctly, this has been fixed.

  • Advance routing options/ page load issues have been corrected.

FEATURES

  • We are now Integrated with Affirm. As an installment loan provider, they loan the full amount due to the customer and then collect installment payments from the customer. Documentation will be available soon.

  • CheckOut.com has been updated to be in compliance with PSD2 (3D Secure 2) requirements.

FIXED BUGS

  • When creating orders that have special characters in the address via the NewProspect API, it was causing display issues in the order details.

  • Address updates were not properly sending to ShipStation. This has been fixed.

FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS

  • ShipStation Enhancement - We are now sending the customers email address to ShipStation in the ‘username’ field.

  • Inovio - You can now add a higher dollar pre-auth on initial transactions and then either void the preauth or capture it on the 1st rebill.

  • Campaign Configurations - we now have the ability to allow users to add a payment router when using an alternative payment provider on the campaign, such as PayPal.

  • Taxjar - We added the ability to send the transaction back to Taxjar after the order creation.

FIXED BUGS

  • The shipment confirmation email template has been corrected.

  • Order Details fields have been lengthened to accommodate data length.

  • Avalara - The ‘Test Connection’ button has been fixed.

  • TaxJar - was not calculating tax when the product amount was $0 and there was a shipping amount.

FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS

  • Email Templates - Add a product level welcome/instruction notification. This feature enables the client to set up a notification that is created at the product level after the order is successfully placed. So if you have 2 products in an order and they both need different emails you can set them up using this new feature.

  • Segments - You can now export your contact list from Segments directly to Google Sheets.

Fixed Bugs

  • Recurring date update issue - The recurring dates were reflecting incorrectly in the history notes when they were changed from the order details page - this has been fixed.

  • Tracking import does not function properly - it is corrected now.

  • Subscription Management display issue via “All Active Subscriptions.

FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS

  • Sales Restrictions - By State - If you are selling in the United States you may now block sales in one or more states. These settings are configured by product. This feature is a must have if you are selling a product such as CBD that is not legal in all 50 states.

  • Products - Allow users to create new categories while they are creating/editing a product. This is a time saver when adding a product if you realize you need to create a new category you can click the create new category link and build the new category without losing your place in the add product process.

  • Add AUD currency to Maxpay integration - you can now select AUD as the currency type for Maxpay Gateway.

  • Add the ability to update an order from paused to cancelled (and trigger the appropriate emails + post backs for cancellation) This will allow you to cancel a subscription that is currently on hold.

BUG FIXES

  • The order history note was not properly reflecting the order activity when attempting to update the next recurring product (Updated note on delayed charge cycle).

  • Total installments display issue - values were being added when the value should have been 0.

FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS

  • Decline notification – Added the ability to send a different message template based on the decline salvage attempt. (i.e; Attempt 1 = Message 1, Attempt 2 = Message 2).

  • API – We added the ability to pass a custom shipping charge with the order. This will override the Shipping amount configured to the shipping profile. The Shipping Charge will always be preserved unless the shipping method is changed. A change to the shipping method will remove the custom charge and will take the amount configured to the new shipping method.

  • Account Updater - Enhanced account updater to allow orders to be resent to check for card updates. After the batch has been received following an unsuccessful update, the card is eligible to be resent check for updates.

BUG FIXES

  • NewOrderCardOnFile – Updated this method to work with Square when the CC number and CVV are not present.

  • Updated the Insureship integration to reflect a new endpoint.

  • Braintree Issue – address updates were not working – they are now fixed.

  • Prospect Page refresh issue – changes made to the prospect were only updating the list view when the page was refreshed.

  • Subscription Forecast Manager showing 0.00 as the forecasted amount - fixed.

  • Next subscription product price not accounting for preserve price – this has been corrected and the preserve price is now displayed.

  • FlexPay 'hold type' was reverting to generic system hold. Now it is using the correct hold type for decline salvage.

  • Hold type missing when stopping subscription through refund – hold type is now updated when refund or partial refund is processed and subscription is stopped.

  • Payment Router emails failing to send– Email Notifications for Payment Routing thresholds were going out intermittently. This issue has been resolved – now emails will go out every day that the threshold has been met or exceeded.

  • TaxJar Quantity miscalculation has been adjusted.

FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS

  • MaroPost is now compatible with cloud based accounts.

  • Paypal Payments now has the ability to submit upsells and rebills. Paypal needs to be contacted directly to have this configured on the account.

  • Place Order page - when a payment type other then Mastercard is selected and ‘Consent Required’ is selected, a message will pop asking “Are you sure you want to require consent?.

  • Ability to assign Sales Tax profiles to multiple campaigns.

  • Added ability to control custom field permissions by API user.

  • SSO users - Added the ability for Admins to view/edit campaign permissions per group.

  • Postbacks - added tokens to support custom fields.

  • We are now integrated with eMercury Autoresponder.

  • We are now storing the original gateway id and the reprocess attempt number to enable us to get more granular processing reports in analytics.

  • The API for order_view now also has the hold_type so that the hold reason is known (Customer, merchant, and System).

  • Email Templates - ability to configure a separate end of trial template for delay charge.

BUG FIXES

  • IpPay - Fixed - unable to update customers billing address.

  • Segments - Fixed - Error - Unable to Run.

  • Payon/ Open Payment Platform - Special character issue causing declines - fixed.

  • Payment Router - Monthly Recurring Forecast display issue - fixed.

  • Forecasted Revenue showing as $0 on the Payment Routing monthly scheduled forecast has been fixed.

  • Advanced search in Subscription Management bar character limit has been increased.

  • Cancellation notification emails were being sent when an order is placed on ‘Hold’ by decline manager. This has been fixed.

  • NMI Void issue resolved.

  • Order Update allows the user to set billing and shipping states to non US states if ‘US’ is selected.

  • IP lookups are now showing the correct geolocation.

FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS

  1. Email Notification SMTP setup - We are now automatically authenticating the SMTP profile when ‘Save’ is clicked, rather than having the user select “Authenticate SMTP”.

  2. API - We have added the ability to find test orders using is_test_cc to the ‘order_find’ method.

  3. Gateway Profiles - We have removed the fee requirements within the limits and fees tab. The only required field is the Global Monthly Cap.

  4. Added PostBack action ‘Tracking Updated’ to the trigger type ‘order action’ which will be fired when there is an update to the tracking number field.

  5. Place Order Page - The default campaign selected in the campaign will now be pre-selected when placing an order on the Place Order Page.

BUG FIXES

  1. Discounts - Flat discounts on the billing model at the offer level were not being preserved after the initial order.

  2. Reprocess Declined Orders Page Time Out has been corrected

  3. Monthly MID CAP Notifications are now being sent to all appropriate parties

  4. 3PL 2.0 Fulfillment - We are now fetching for tracking numbers on the same day that the orders are posted to fulfillment.

  5. Kount - The decline reason for test credit cards is now accurately reflected in the order history notes.

  6. Infocu5 - Reformatted the fields for ‘leadCCnumber’ and ‘leadProductList’ so they can be received successfully by Infocu5.

  7. ShipStation - When ShipStation sends a “Too Many Requests” response we are now correctly displaying the response in the CRM via the order history notes.

  8. Avalara - Corrected the issue where orders from other countries were being sent to Avalara - no tax was being held.

  9. Analytics/Reports main page is now able to return results when multiple keywords are entered in the search field.

  10. Navigation Bar was working incorrectly for some users, this issue has been corrected

  11. Shipping confirmation emails were not firing when the notification was not saved at the product level.

  12. NewOrderCardOnFile orders are now being flagged as ‘test’ if created with a test card.

Release Notes 07/30/2019

FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS

Square Gateway Integration - Changes completed to allow LimeLight CRM users to seamlessly integrate Square for straight sales as well as recurring sales.

Account Updater – For any new accounts using Account Updater we would go back 30 days to update information – we are changing this to 60 days.

  • We also now check for the rebill date of upsell subscriptions, so that 7 days before rebilling any line item the information will be sent to Account Updater. (Reminder – there is only a fee when the account information is updated.)

FlexPay – Tokenized gateways are now supported with FlexPay.

Decline Manager – We updated the 'Global Default Settings' for new users to use to get them started. These settings are preferred when first getting started with Decline Manager:

  • Attempts before Hold = 3 Attempts

  • Gateway = None

  • Schedule = Custom Cycle > 6 days

  • Not Before = 12 PM

  • Salvage Percentage = 0

  • Discount = NO (unselected)

Import / Export Data - Added the reason an order was placed on hold to the Order Export data

  • Hold_types (User, Merchant, Hard Decline, Decline Salvage, Chargeback)

Prepaid Indicator - Added an indicator to the order record for Prepaid subscriptions so that a customer service rep can easily tell if a prepaid order is set to auto renew at the end of its term.

Campaign update - Expanded the width of the multi-select fields on the Campaign configuration to improve the user experience when selecting profiles

BIN Analytics Dashboards - Added Gateway filters to the BIN Analytics dashboards.

Order Analysis Dashboard - Added Sub-Affiliate Id filter to the Order Analysis dashboard.

BUG FIXES

  • Kount – Kount error messages have been adjusted to show correctly within the Order History Notes.

Enhancements:

  • We have added the ability to locate on hold orders by hold type using the API

  • (Consumer, merchant, or system hold)

  • We have added the ability to use the API to put subscriptions on Hold/Pause for business reasons.

  • New hold type = Merchant Hold

  • We have added the ability to locate (query) orders that are set to stop after next rebill - using the API

  • We refactored the nav bar Notifications dropdown, additional functionality includes read/unread (w/ mark all as read). Also can filter notifications by “type”

Fixes/Bugs/Updates:

  • Copied post back profiles are now fully copied including the Header Field

  • The selected State is now saving in the Avalara Tax profiles

  • The missing parameters are being sent for the 3D Verify /Open Payment Platform and we are no longer receiving the format error message.

Release Notes 05/01/2019

Feature Release:

  • User Accounts, API Accounts, and Single Sign-On menus have been consolidated! Now all three can be found under the Settings > Accounts & Permissions menu. To Access each of the list pages, simply click on the tab at the top of the page to change your view.

Enhancements:

Orders

  • The Send Order Confirmation, Send Shipping Confirmation, Send Consent Notification, Send Gift notification, and Send Gift Shipping Confirmation email buttons in the Orders details page have been consolidated under the RESEND EMAIL NOTIFICATION dropdown.

  • Updated FlexPay logic to use the natural decline date to be relayed rather than the parent transaction date.

  • PrePaid is now an option for the Decline Manager Payment Method(s) rule.

API

  • You can now force the next billing gateway of a subscription via API. Note: If you are going to be utilizing this API method, you may need to make code changes. API Documentation: Navigate to Orders > Subscriptions > Force Next Gateway by Order IDs.

  • order_force_bill now allows you to specify which product_id you want to force bill. Notes: If you are want to force bill an order where the main product is _not_ recurring, you will need to specify what product_id to force. If the product_id is not specified in this scenario, this will result in an error response. If all Products on the order have the same recurring date, passing only the order_id in the order_force_bill call will result in the entire order being force billed. For API documentation please refer to API Documentation: Navigate to API > orders.

Insights

  • A new Prospect Custom Fields export has been added to the Export Queue under the Import/Export Data menu.

  • A new Subscriptions By Week look has been added to the Subscriptions dashboard.

Fixes/Bugs:

  • Added TL (Timor-Leste) and PS (State of Palestine) to our default counties dropdowns

  • Resolved an issue causing tracking numbers to be blank when fetched from 3PL 2.0

  • The character limit for phone/zip from 15 digits to 30 digits

Enhancements:

Orders

  • Seamlessly switch a customer’s current subscription to a new offer! You now have the flexibility to change an offer mid-subscription without having to place a new order.

  • Updated Subscription Management to allow force next gateway on recurring upsell products of straight sale orders.

Insights

  • A new drill has been added for the CLTV measure on the Order Analysis dashboard that has "campaign" as a dimension.

  • Revenue from CSR Orders has been added as a new column to the Key Measures Customer Service Analytic dashboard.

Fixes/Bugs:

  • Resolved an issue causing the token {tpl_product_base_cost} to return blank.

  • Resolved an issue causing the PostBack tokens {product_skus_csv} & {product_names_csv} to return blank.

  • Resolved an issue where Orders that were being blocked by BIN profiles were still attempting tokenization for PaySafe only.

  • Resolved issue with non-renewing Pre-Paid Offers being created with the wrong next recurring product

  • Resolved an issue with the Bill by Schedule billing model that prevented the date selection of the next scheduled date.

  • Resolved an issue preventing FlexPay from being able to override the Cascade Preservation.

  • Resolved an issue with the Klaviyo integration that caused Prospects and customer data to not be passed.

  • Updated the Analytics permission rules to stop the dashboards from disappearing.

  • Added address value truncation > 60 characters for Authoriz.net to prevent gateway declines for character limits being met.

Enhancements:

API

  • The order_view API response has been updated to now return the refund information of each line item in the order. Note: If you are going to be utilizing this API method, you may need to make code changes. Please refer to our API documentation: Navigate to API > Orders > order_view.

  • The authorize_payment API response has been updated to now return gateway_id without having to pass save_customer=1. Note: If you are going to be utilizing this API method, you may need to make code changes. Please refer to our API documentation: Navigate to API > Payments > authorize_payment.

  • A new API route is available to allow merchants to retrieve coupon profile information.
    Note: If you are going to be utilizing this new API method, you will need to make code changes. Please refer to our API documentation: Navigate to Coupons.

Discounts

  • Lifetime Discount coupons are here! You now have the ability to create coupon profiles as lifetime discount that will allow the discount to be applied to the initial order and all of the rebills until the subscription is ended.

Insights

  • A Gateway ID filter has been added to the Chargeback dashboard so chargebacks can be filtered by gateway.

  • Cancelations is now a column in the Order Analysis > Refund Analysis dashboard.

  • A Product ID filter has been added to the Sales by Campaign report.

  • Product has been added to as a dimension to the Sales By Retention report so that retention can be viewed by product instead of by campaign.

  • An Attempt filter has been added to the Sales by Gateway report.

Fixes/Bugs:

  • Updated order consent handling to accommodate multiple consent required entries.

  • Resolved an issue that caused the Payment Type to be mismatched on updated orders where that payment type had been removed from the campaign.

  • Resolved an issue in the Orders details page that was preventing refunds to be submitted on orders with more than one line item.

  • Resolved an issue with the order_view response that was returning the wrong billing_model if the main line item was stopped/refunded and the additional line item(s) were not.

  • Updated order consent handling to accommodate multiple consent required entries.

  • Resolved the issue that prevented the To and From date search fields from clearing on the Orders page.

  • Resolved the issue that prevented the To and From date search fields from clearing on the Prospects page.

Release Notes 04/10/2019

Enhancements:

Orders

  • Issued subscription credit totals can now be added to or replaced with a new subscription amount. Add to Credit will add the new credit amount to the existing credit amount to apply the new credit total. Replace Credit will update the credit total to the new amount entered.

  • Campaign page validation was updated to prevent the same Promo Code(s) from different Coupon Profiles from being selected on a campaign.

  • Telangana was added as an available state option for India.

API

  • A new API endpoint history_note_types has been added to allow a list of order history note type values to be retrieved. Please refer to our API documentation: Navigate to Orders > GET History Notes.

Insights

  • A new ‘Is Cancel’ column has been added to the Order Export to help you differentiate cancelled orders from hold orders.

Settings

  • A new {offer_name_csv} token has been added to the email templates which will populate a CSV of the offers for the product.

  • A new {tpl_product_billing_model_name} token has been added to the email templates which will populate the billing model name for the product.

Fixes/Bugs:

  • Resolved issue where the Billing Model Discount was not applying to orders where the billing model discount was added after the Offer was initially created.

  • Resolved issue with Analytics permissions where users we seeing both predicted & usage dashboards.

  • Resolved issue with Custom Fields list page search filters were not displaying all results.

  • Resolved issue with the InsureShip provider profile not saving the selected Product ID.

  • Resolved issue with the NewProspect API call where commas were not accepted.

  • Resolved issue with the Decline Manager Custom Day schedule causing the first scheduled attempt to be skipped.

  • Resolved issue that caused declined orders through PayPal to be created in the platform with missing information.

  • Resolved issue with the Braintree token preventing the billing/shipping address from being updated.

  • Resolved issue with the NewOrderCardOnFile API call that prevented prepaid cards from being blocked on a campaign.

  • Resolved issue with the eBanx integration not functioning through API.

  • Updated user experience when selecting a campaign they don’t have permission to place a new order for.

  • Resolved outstanding encoding issues with prospect API calls.

  • Email Triggers, Email Templates, and SMTP Servers menus have been consolidated! Now all three can be found under the Settings > Email Notifications menu. To Access each of the list pages, simply click on the tab at the top of the page to change your view.

Enhancements:

MasterCard Compliance

  • In order to remain compliant with the new MasterCard regulations in effect on 04/12/19 you will need to make some changes to your API calls and add some extra configurations to your LimeLight platform.

Currently the LimeLight platform is set up to automatically require consent for any MasterCard initial order processed through an NMI Paysafe Processing Continuity gateway profile. These transactions will not rebill until consent is received from the cardholder.

Check out the Help Center article for a step by step guide in the changes you’ll need to make.

  • A LimeLight hosted ‘Click here to agree to charges’ link has been added to the Default Consent Notification email template.

  • We have added the ability to allow NMI to pull data based on transaction ID for MasterCard Compliance auditing.

API Updates

  • The offer_view API response has been updated to now return the delayed billing component of the Trial. Note: If you are going to be utilizing this API method, you may need to make code changes. Please refer to our API documentation: Navigate to API > Billing Models and Offers > offer_view.

Orders

  • Subscription credits can be issued to customers right from the Order details page! You can now issue a credit on an active subscription that will carry throughout the subscription until it is completely used. Order note templates can also be created and required for all credits.

  • Historical % data has been added to the Payment Router profile to help accurately reserve the appropriate revenue and manage the reserve forecast percentages as they change over time.

  • Added preventative measure of Product License Key from being assigned on the trial delayed billing event.

Insights

  • A new Declines drill down has been added to the Sales By Campaign report allowing you to narrow your view down to declines only.

  • We gave all of the Sales by Report tables (7 in total) and Operation Report tables (10 in total) a facelift with the use of reverse text so the table headers are easier and cleaner.

  • The scheduled report functionality has been updated to allow users to schedule reports/dashboards to external users.

Integrations

  • 3D Verify is now available for the Argus Payment (Inovio) gateway.

  • F1 Payments/MB Financial has been added as processor in the Gateway Profiles.

  • Updated fulfillment posting increment to increment each time an order is re-posted without having to fetch tracking.

API Updates

Orders

  • Seasonal Subscriptions placed on hold can now be restarted with the dynamic product position in the platform! You can now update the next recurring product for seasonal offers from the Orders Details page. Once you Reset Recurring on a subscription you can Update Recurring Product per line item so that the subscription is restarted in the correct product position.

  • User Account permissions now allow you to select which campaigns a platform user can place orders on. By selecting Additional Roles in Campaign Permissions, you are able to specify which campaigns a user can access the Place Order page for. Check out the Help Center article for more details!

  • New imported orders will now have an Imported status and icon on the Orders page.

  • Custom Fields can now be included in Order Imports.

API Updates

  • A new parameter has been added to the order_find API call that will allow you to find orders for a specific date or a date range called date_type. The new parameter can be used with the following timestamp options: create, hold, next_rebill, rma, return, chargeback. Product & Offer Configuration

  • The Email Trigger dropdown selector has been enhanced to allow you to easily search and select triggers in a large list. Simply start typing an ID or name in the Email Trigger dropdown field to filter the list!

  • Decline Notification Email Trigger can now be configured to specifically send just for Initial Orders, Subscription Orders, or for all orders.

  • Postbacks can now include headers in the request, allowing you to pass login credentials to a third party for a secured post request. Request Headers can be configured right in the platform!

Payments & Gateways

  • For website tracking purposes, a new field named ‘URL’ has been added to the Merchant Account Details tab for all gateway profile configurations.

  • For clients running Paysafe MIDs, name and billing information are now sent in the NMI Paysafe vault creation request.

  • The IPPay gateway integration now supports the authorize_payment method. The authorize_payment method will trigger an auth request to the IPPay gateway, capture the auth via the NewOrder method or void an auth immediately, and allow a $0.00 authorization.

  • Pinless Debit intelligence has been enhanced to now automatically adjust BIN specific traffic up or down, based on BIN responses to allow for real-time BIN specific changes.

  • Decline Manager Max Attempts has now been expanded to 23. Note, be sure to communicate with your MID on their best practices.

LimeLight is committed to our clients and are here to help you navigate the new Mastercard Compliance changes. Please refer to this help center article for details on all the new regulations and how you can use LimeLight to remain compliant.

Enhancements:

  • We want to hear your product feedback! Which is why we’ve added a new link called ‘Submit Feature Request’ under the ‘Help’ dropdown in your LimeLight platform. Not only can you add new suggestions, but you can also see all suggestions submitted from other clients and LimeLight employees, and vote on them to push the most important ones to the top of the list!

  • The ‘Release Notes’ link has been moved to the ‘Help’ dropdown in your LimeLight platform. Every time we have a new release, we post release notes the very same day in our Help Center, so be sure to check them out!

  • Communication to your customers is now even more flexible. If you are using delayed billing for your trial offer, you can now suppress the ‘order confirmation’ email on the delayed billing charge. To enable this new functionality, simply select the checkbox ‘Do not send order confirmation’ in the Trial section on the Offers page.

  • A new API route is available to allow merchants who sell Product License Keys, to retrieve a list of license key that have been assigned or not assigned.

  • Products are now an additional option in the condition sets for Intelligent Cascade

  • Certain fulfillment providers now support ‘re-post to fulfillment’. This will assist merchants if their fulfillment provider rejects an order due to address issues. The data can be corrected and then easily re-sent to their fulfillment provider.

  • Now you can set up an Offer with a specific dollar amount discount, not just percentage discount. Note, this is only available for Standard Offers, not Prepaid or Seasonal offers.

  • Postbacks now include headers in the request, allowing you to pass login credentials to a third party for a secured post request.

  • The Sales by Products Report has been improved to provide a breakdown of sales by product variants. Simply click on the product name in the table to view the new information.

  • We have updated the Sales by Retention Report to bring you bigger and better data. The retention by Campaign remains, with an additional dimensional pivot that allows you to change the dimension between AFID or Gateway.

  • Our BINs Dashboard has a new filter called ‘cycle’ that allows you to filter the BIN data by Initials or Rebills.

  • The Fulfillment Dashboard now includes an additional field that will indicate the date a tracking number was sent to the LimeLight platform.

  • The Pinless Debit dashboard received an update to deliver your stats on initial versus subscription billing rates to provide an additional layer of granularity that was previously missing. This additional detail is meant to help you better understand and optimize your pinless debit performance.

  • To help comply with the new Master Card restrictions, we have added a new parameter called ‘website’ to the new_order API method that will store the website value of where an order is placed. The refer_path will be used if domain is not defined in Order requests.

  • You can now easily import a list of all your products using a .csv template on the Import/Export Data page! Product records will be automatically created on the Products page. Refer to this Help Center article for more details.

  • A new ‘Post to Fulfillment’ option has been added to the Test Payments page. This new option will prevent test orders from being sent to fulfilment when a specific test card is used.

Enhancements:

  • Added a new parameter called 'preserve_new_recurring_price' to the ‘subscription_order_update’ API method, allowing clients using Billing Models & Offers to preserve a custom product price to all future rebills.
