Opening a Subscribe Funnels Support Ticket
To begin, let's open a support ticket with the team over at Subscribe Funnels. Click here.
When opening a ticket, please include the following;
Email: The primary Sticky.io account owner email address.
Subject: "Sticky.io First Time Checkout"
And most importantly, the body of the email. The contents should include the bullet points at the top of this article, API Keys, ID's, Requests.
Not sure where to fetch everything for the email? We got you covered. Below, we'll break down each requirement and where it can be found on Sticky.io.
Sticky Platform API Key
First things first, your Sticky API Key. With or without Sticky Checkout, this is instrumental in operating a business on Sticky.io. It's how you're passing API calls to Sticky like new_order to facaliate transactions and hundreds of other API endpoints.
To find your API Key, from your Sticky Account, navigate to Settings > Accounts & Permissions.
Afterwards, click API Accounts.
From here, we'll copy and paste the Username & Password in the Subscribe Funnels Support Ticket you're actively editing.
Sticky Checkout Funnel API Key & Funnel ID
Next up is our Sticky Checkout Funnel API Key & ID. From your Sticky account, click Services > Sticky Checkout.
Once loaded, click Funnels > Edit (your funnel of choice).
Once the editor loads, click Actions > Funnel Settings.
From the side menu, you'll see the Funnel API Key. Much like before, copy and paste this in your ongoing ticket.
Lastly, the Funnel ID. You can find your funnel ID in your Browser URL. At the end of the URL String, you'll see the Funnel ID. Again, copy and paste this into your ongoing ticket.
Campaign ID & Default Shipping ID
And lastly, fetching our Campaign & Shipping IDs. To begin, from your Sticky account, navigate to Products > Shipping.
Once loaded, you'll see Shipping Methods > Your Shipping Method > ID (on the far left).
NOTE: If you have multiple Shipping Methods, include all IDs. If you only see 1 Shipping Method but need more, visit this article to learn how to create additional methods.
To extend, If you feel comfortable making more shipping methods, do note that once created, you'll need to append the method to the Campaign accessible under Products > Campaigns.
And lastly, the Shipping Price amounts. Found towards the middle of the Shipping Methods UI.
And that's it! Once you've fetched everything the Subscribe Funnels Team needs, go ahead and submit the support ticket.
Creating User Accounts for Subscribe Funnels Team
And rounding out our guide, creating user accounts for the Subscribe Funnels Team.
In order for the Subscribe Funnels Team to integrate their landing pages to Sticky Checkout, they'll need interim access to your Sticky Accounts.
Creating users is super simple and quick. We'll need to create 4-user accounts. Below are the emails that each user is assigned.
To create a user account, navigate to Settings > Accounts & Permissions.
Once loaded, click Actions > Add Employee.
From here, you'll create users for each of the aforementioned emails listed above. Note, the username and email address should be the same.
e.g. username sales@sticky.io | email sales@sticky.io
And each user should be assigned Administrative privileges, given the level of access needed to finish the integration.
As mentioned above, this is only needed for interim access, and the users can be locked or deleted afterwards.
