Q: Does Sticky.io Checkout support Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Q: Does Sticky Checkout support different Payment Gateways such as Authorize.net or NMI (Network Merchant Inc.)?
​A: Yes! Sticky.io Checkout redirects the Shopify Checkout page Sticky.io Checkout tokenizing and securely storing credit cards on our platform. In turn, enabling merchants to use our vast array of supported payment gateways in addition to our dunning tools and payment routing.

Q: What types of transactions can Sticky Checkout support?
​A: Are you ready? We support, Straight Sale, Recurring (e.g. Monthly, Yearly), Trials (e.g. 7-day paid or risk-free enrollments), and Custom Recurring Subscriptions. And this can all be supported through a single cart.

Q: Does Sticky Checkout support upsells and downsells?
​A: Yes! Beyond the standard checkout page, offer upsells and downsells to your customer's buying experience in just a few clicks. And configure whether or not these are straight sale or recurring and if they're opted in by default or not.

Q: Is there any coding required to integrate my Shopify Storefront with Sticky.io Checkout?
​A: In order to handle the Shopify redirect to Sticky.io Checkout we do require you to add a very small snippet of code in your Store Theme. This is a 60-second procedure that we'll cover in the guide and staff are on standby to help. Otherwise, sticky.io Checkout was purpose-built to get you live as quickly as possible with a robust plug-and-play solution.

Q: Do I need to create my existing Shopify products in Sticky.io?
​A: No! As we'll explore in the guide, during the initial implementation we have an automated task to pull over all of your Shopify Products. (You may then ask yourself what about new products, or changes to existing ones?), much like the initial implementation. You will continue to create and edit your products in Shopify and we'll automatically sync them to Sticky.io for you.

Q: What happens if I make changes to one of my Shopify products?
​A: Whether it's the product name, price, description. Simply open your Sticky Checkout Funnel and we'll run a query to automatically update the products on our side.

Q: How do I create new products? And where?

A: Just as you already do today, continue creating your products on Shopify. When you're ready, open your Sticky Checkout Funnel. We'll run a query, fetch the new products and automatically create them for you.
