Mass Subscription Uploads

Merchants can now append subscriptions to products via CSV upload

The sticky.io Subscriptions application now allows for bulk uploads of subscription frequencies to products across your catalog using CSV uploads.

Build subscription billing offers directly in sticky.io and upload a CSV file with the associated product IDs to append the offers to the noted products.

Moneris has been offering payment processing solutions to Canadian businesses for over 20 years.

App stability & Bug Fixes

We are making improvements to the sticky.io Subscriptions app's performance

  • Fixed an issue where shipping methods were changed on active subscriptions unexpectedly

  • Fixed an issue where outdated credit card information was visible in the thumbnail for orders within the consumer portal

  • Fixed an issue where outdated address information was visible in some views within the consumer portal

  • Fixed an issue where the consumer portal's subscription management views were showing duplicate rows for a single subscription

  • Fixed an issue where subscriptions were not loading into the merchant-facing subscription management view

  • Fixed an issue with filter options not functioning as intended within the consumer portal

  • Fixed an issue where the merchant-facing Subscription Management view displayed incorrect values for the remaining shipment cycles when viewing a given order

  • Fixed an issue where consumers were able to swap frequencies between standard and prepaid against the merchant's configurations

  • Fixed an issue where merchants were unable to manage subscriptions on behalf of specific customers

  • Fixed an issue where case sensitivity was causing merchants to be unable to locate consumers within the Subscription Management tab
