Below, we'll cover step-by-step how to login, view and download your license agreement.
What is it?
To summarize, this is a legal contract between two parties, known as the licensor and the licensee. This is also commonly referred to as your Contract or Service Agreement.
What can I do with it?
Aside from keeping a legally binding agreement. You may find that it's helpful to store your license agreement in other places outside of your sticky.io customer portal for HR or Finance purposes.
Step 1
To begin, visit my.sticky.io and login using your email and password. Prior to logging in, untick “Go directly to instance”.
Step 2
After logging in, click into “Licenses” into the top navigation bar followed by “License Management”.
Step 3
While on the License Management view, click the blue circle icon next to the license you would like to view and select “Print”. This will open up the specified license into a new tab for you to either bookmark or download.
Step 4
Upon clicking Print, you'll be taken to a new tab to print your license agreement. From here, you may perform a "Print Screen" action to save your contract as a '.pdf' document.
If you forgot your password for my.sticky.io click the “Forgot Your Password?” link from the login page, enter your email address on the next screen, and request a password reset link. This password reset link will be sent to your email address.
