CIT/MIT options have been added to the FlexPay gateway profile.

When using ApplePay with Checkout.com, we were seeing "encrypted_data_required, public_key_hash_required, signature_required, transaction_id_required, version_required" declines. Our development team has made some changes to avoid these declines.
