If you are a sticky.io Platform client and have received a request from one of your customers to obfuscate their information in accordance to CCPA regulations please do the following:
Open a support sticky with sticky.io support team or send an email to support@sticky.io
Please include the relevant order ID, customer name and customer ID if you have it.
Please also include the communication or a clear image of the communication you received from the customer.
Support will create an engineering ticket and the relevant customer data will be obfuscated.
Support will notify you upon completion of the ticket.
