The Merchant Customer Id was not being sent within the requests to RocketGate gateway. This has been corrected and we are now including the Merchant Customer Id in our request to RocketGate.

In some cases when removing the force gateway from a recurring upsell, the force was not being removed. This has been fixed moving forward.

There were some column issues within the Custom FTP Fulfillment CSV file. This has been resolved.
