RESOLVED ISSUES

  • Offer imports were not fully completing on the Insights > Import / Export data page. This is now resolved.

  • If the product variant had special characters, we were not displaying those characters correctly, causing sticky declines. This has been corrected.

  • In some cases, incorrect product prices were being sent to Avalara for refunds. This is now working correctly and the correct prices are now being sent.

  • The API order_view method was not returning the subtotal before discount in the response. This is has been adjusted.

  • The Subscription Management page was missing gateway information for some orders in a pending status. This is now fixed.
