In some cases, the 'Force Next Gateway by Order IDs' v2 method was not applying to orders created 8 months or older. This has been fixed.

It was reported that the Contacts page was showing subscriptions as active when they were not active. This has been corrected.

Subscription Credits were throwing redundant order history notes when the subscription was in salvage. This has been resolved.
