In some cases, the 'place new order' link from the order details was not working properly. This has been fixed.

The order_total/Calculate API call was calculating the subscription discount for trial costs, this has been corrected and should no longer calculate for trial costs.

We removed the outdated eMerchantPay gateway provider options from the Settings > Providers page. As of now only the newest version of eMerchantPay will be available to make sure you are using their latest version.
