The following article will outline each step needed to migrating your MIDs.

Step 1 - Finding Your New Gateways:

To begin, navigate over to Payments > Gateways > Actions > Add New Provider Profile > Payment/Gateway > NMI Paysafe Processing Continuity.

Step 2 - Adding Your New Gateway:

To add your new NMI Paysafe Processing Continuity Gateway, the following fields are required.

Credentials Tab

  • Username: Will be provided to you by Network Merchants Inc.

  • Password: This is the same password that you have set up for your account with Network Merchants Inc.

  • Currency: Network Merchants Inc currently supports AED, ARS, AUD, BOB, BRL, CAD, CHF, CLP, CNY, COP, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, IDR, ILS, INR, JPY, KRW, MXN, MYR, NOK, NZD, PEN, PHP, PLN, PYG, RUB, SEC, SGD, THB, TRY, TWD, USD & ZAR currencies. You can select one currency per gateway account.

  • Customer Service Number: Your Customer Service Number assigned to the MID.

  • Website: Your Website assigned to the MID.

  • Cancellation URL: A URL that your consumers can visit to cancel their services.

Limits & Fees Tab

  • Global Monthly Cap: This will be the sales amount allowed monthly on this MID.

For a more comprehensive view of all other fields that are not required please refer to our help desk article here.

Step 3 - Enabling Customer Vault on NMI:

To comply with Paysafe regulations it is required to enable the Customer Vault on your Paysafe MID through NMI.

Step 4 - Adding Your New Gateway to Campaigns

NOTE: If any campaigns leverage sticky.io's Payment Routing Feature, please skip this step and continue from Step 5 onward.

Now that you've successfully added your new NMI Paysafe Processing Continuity MID let's add it to your campaigns!

To begin, Products > Campaigns > Choose Campaign > Gateway Configuration > NMI Paysafe Processing Continuity.

After adding your new NMI Paysafe Processing Continuity, the following overlay will prompt "Gateway Change Preserve Existing Subscriptions".

This notice is to just inform you that you will be removing the preservation from one gateway and migrating them to your new NMI Paysafe Processing Continuity Gateway. Simply click or tap on "Maintain None And Use New Gateway".

Congratulations! You've successfully added your new NMI Paysafe Processing Continuity Gateway. You will rinse and repeat this process until all of your Paysafe MIDS have been successfully migrated.

If you are not using Payment Routing, Step 5 will be the last step to successfully adding your NMI Paysafe Processing Continuity Gateway. Step 5 is to reaffirm that no other subscriptions are still on your old Paysafe Gateway.

Step 5 - Forcing Your New Gateway

If you're using Payment Routing, you will need to force your subscriptions to your new NMI Paysafe Processing Continuity Gateway.

To begin, Customers > Subscription Management > View By > Next Billing Gateway > Search Gateway (ID of Old Paysafe Gateway).

This will showcase all subscriptions currently associated with this particular gateway.

Next, change the number of subscriptions from 10 > 1000. Highlight all of the subscriptions > Actions > Force Next Gateway > New Gateway ID > Specify Your New NMI Paysafe Processing Continuity Gateway > Change Gateway.

Step 6 - Deprecation & Updating Your Payment Routing Profile

Now that you've force your subscriptions to your new NMI Paysafe Processing Continuity Gateway, let's deprecate your old Paysafe Gateway in your Payment Routing Profile.

To begin, Payments > Payment Routing > Find Payment Routing Profile > Edit > Add Your New NMI Paysafe Processing Continuity Gateway > Delete Old Paysafe Gateway > Yes > Save.

You will receive a notification informing you that by removing this gateway, the orders will no longer be preserved and will instead be preserved to your new NMI Paysafe Processing Continuity Gateway.
