Quickbooks is now integrated with the sticky.io Platform. If you have an account with this provider, you can start taking advantage of this technology which allows you to post transactional data directly to them through an automated process. For more information on this Provider click here https://www.quickbooks.intuit.com/

To configure Quickbooks into your sticky.io Platform instance, you will go to Settings>Providers and under ACTIONS select Add New Provider Profile.Select the type = Accounting and select Quickbooks from the drop down. Fill out the required parameters which are outlined below and click “Save”.

These parameters are briefly described here for your reference:

Alias: Name that you will assign to the Quickbooks profile. This is for internal purposes only

Client ID: This will be provided to you by Quickbooks

Account ID: This will be inputted into your profile automatically once authorizing sticky in your Quickbooks account.

Client Secret: This will be provided for you by Quickbooks.

Realm ID: This will be inputted into your profile automatically once authorizing sticky in your Quickbooks account.

Test Mode: Set to YES if you would like to use this provider in Test Mode.

Once the Quickbooks profile is created , the user should click on 'Authorize sticky.io' button in the profile to complete the credentials. Once this is selected, you will be redirected to Quickbooks to login and authorize sticky.io. Once sticky.io is authorized, the 'Access Token' and 'Realm Id' will be populated.

You will also need to configure a 'redirect URL' inside of your Quickbooks account within the 'Keys & Oauth' section. Please see screenshot below:

The URL that needs to be inserted in this field is : https://portal.sticky.io/quickbooks

*Please make sure that this URL is inserted on the 'production' side within Quickbooks*

Quickbooks is a global provider and does NOT need to be assigned to any campaigns to function.
