Concept Payments is now fully integrated with sticky.io CRM and it will allow you to take advantage of our chargeback provider technology which posts data directly to their system through and automated process.https://www.paymentconcepts.com/

In order to configure Concept Payments, you will just need to navigate to Settings > Providers and select "Add New Provider Profile" from the Actions drop-down menu. Select 'Chargeback' as the type, select Concept Payments from the Provider drop-down list, and fill out the required parameters.

Refund, Void, and Chargeback Actions: Select the actions you wish to use with Concept Payments.

Is Test: Select whether or not you want to use the Concept Payments in test mode.

Alias: This is for internal purposes only; it helps you identify a specific chargeback provider among several of them in your CRM.

Once the chargeback profile is created, then you will go through your campaigns and assign it to the corresponding campaign (s).

You will also need to visit and enter in certain configurations in your Concept Payments Terminal.

Once you have logged in to your terminal, you will need to follow these instructions:

1.) Go to the “Merchant Admin” tab

2.) Select the “SID” in side panel

3.) Select the “Postback Settings” tab

Postback URL: Your Postback URL will look something like this : https://www.{your stickyiodomain}.com/admin/api/provider_api.php

Postback Actions: Chargeback, Refund, and Void must be selected

Postback Authentication Mode: Must always be POST

Authentication Username & Password: This will be your sticky.io third Party API credentials

Additional FIelds (query string): Must always be provider=concept_payments_chargeback
