To set up an Auto Responder you must first create an account with the Auto Responder that you have selected. Log onto the Auto Responder website and follow their directions to get the API credentials that you will use to input into the sticky.io CRM platform. To configure Active Campaign into your sticky.io CRM instance, you will go to Settings>Providers and under ACTIONS select Add New Provider Profile. Select the type = Auto Responder and select Active Campaign from the drop-down. Fill out the required parameters which are outlined below and click “Save”.

Enter the parameters listed below for your Auto Responder to complete the integration:
API Key: This is obtained through your ActiveCampaign terminal as described above.
API URL: This is obtained through your ActiveCampaign terminal as described above.
Alias: Create a name for your ActiveCampaign profile.
SAVE your profile.
Add the List IDs to your Campaign: When creating or editing your campaign, you will see at the very bottom of the page the option to enable an Auto Responder to your campaign. Once you select an Auto Responder, ActiveCampaign in this case, two more fields will appear: Prospect Id and Customer Id, you will enter the List Id’s that were provided to you once your Lists were created in your ActiveCampaign terminal.
NOTE: Please note that this is a standard auto responder integration, so only customer and prospect information will be sent to ActiveCampaign such as First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone number.
How long will it take new contacts to get added to Active Campaign?
The actual time may vary, but generally, it takes between 15 and 30 minutes for sticky.io to send a new contact's subscribe request to 3rd party auto responders. This is standard for prospect and customer records and standard across auto responders providers including ActiveCampaign.
