When using the Rebill Pre-auth, X number of days prior to the rebill, an auth will be created. If the auth is successful, it spawns a pending child order which represents the auth that will be captured on the parent's next recurring date.If the auth fails, the system will create a declined child order and the parent will still perform a full sale on the next recurring date. Please note that these orders will still go through the decline salvage process.

Enable Delayed Capture: allows you to authorize the payment on day 1 and capture it in “x” number of days. Applies to initials and recurring orders, it creates the orders in a “Pending” status and they won’t be sent to fulfillment until the charge is captured and the status is updated to “Approved”.
Delayed Capture Days: number of days in which you wish to capture the charge, this is to be used with Enable Delayed Capture.

DC-40, RDR and RDR Standalone

  1. All of these are configured on the Inovio side.

  2. These pertain to pre-chargeback solutions which are provided by Inovio as well as sticky. Contact your CSM at sticky to discuss our VAS RDR options

  3. When sticky receives notification from Inovio on DC_40, RDR or RDR Standalone we refund the transaction and return a webhook response with the return information to the Gateway.

  4. sticky will drop a note on the order history for that order with the type of notice (DC-40, RDR or RDR Standalone) that was received and that the refund was generated successfully.
