Due to some confusion we have reverted the 'pause' order status symbol.  Just for now, the 'stop sign' order status will represent both hold and cancel.  

The 'gateway_id' and the 'gateway_descriptor' will now be returned in our API order_view call.

Our New Order API will now allow you to pass custom fields when creating orders via the 'custom_fields' parameter.
